lyrics

I am but a drifter in the night. I stand blind without a flicker of light to guide me.
The soothing darkness carries a somber tone as I wander towards the voice, The longing call for the end of this life
Drowning in endless depths of grief, I've been dying my entire life.
So what's the point of observation? All these years have been questioned but what's the point of curiosity without a cause?
What's the point of dreaming if we cannot ever grab the sun?

Sinking lower, my vision's hindered by a veil of darkness.
I'm falling Into the grave built by my deepest regrets, to bury my spirit with the truth.

Pain runs through my soul, digs through my past, tears a hole open.
Rage sucks at my skin, draining all hope of being content again.

Pain runs through my soul, digs through my past, tears a hole open.
Rage peels at my skin, rapes all hope of peace and happiness.
I cannot stand tall, fight my demons, I am weak and defenseless.
I stand over my grave weeping as an angel in dismay...
