Cortexiphan is an internet-based technical death metal band formed in November 2012, by Steven Rose (US) and Dixon Jong (Malaysia). After the first EP, they were joined by Nicolò Paracchini (Italy) on bass in December 2012 and began working on their upcoming album, Iniquitous. Dixon left the band on good terms during the writing of Iniquitous, and Andrew Patterson took over vocals in August 2015.
